How do I activate my license?
In Palimpseste, open Settings → License, paste your license key and the email used at purchase, then click Activate.
I didn't receive my license key by email
The key arrives a few minutes after the subscription is activated. Check your spam folder. If nothing after 10 minutes, email us at contact@nma-conseil.fr with your purchase email.
I bought a pack, how do I install it?
A pack does not generate a license key: you retrieve it in the app. Open Discover packs (My Studio), click Restore my purchases; the pack switches to "Purchased" → Install.
Where can I find my invoices?
Subscription: from your account area (Stripe customer portal: invoices and receipts). Packs: an invoice is emailed to you at purchase, with a permanent link.
Can I get a refund?
The free version, with no time limit and no card required, lets you evaluate the software before paying. Digital content supplied immediately (activated license, downloaded pack) is subject to a waiver of the right of withdrawal (French Consumer Code Art. L221-28-13°). If anything goes wrong, contact us — we'll find a solution. Details in the Terms.
How do I set up the AI assistant?
In Settings → AI, add an API key (Anthropic, OpenAI…) or configure a local model (Ollama, LM Studio). Full guide on the Setup page.
Where is Palimpseste Pseudo?
It is a sister app, not an editor feature. Page: palimpseste.ai/pseudo. Download and purchase (PSEUDO-… keys) are on that page. The editor only offers identity labelling in one file.
Is my data private?
Yes. Palimpseste is local-first: your documents stay on your disk, with no application telemetry. See the privacy policy.
An unresolved dispute?
Contact us first. Failing an agreement, you may refer the matter free of charge to the consumer mediator (CM2C) — details in Article 8 of the legal notice.

Service status. Palimpseste works offline (local-first): writing never depends on our servers. Only license verification and pack downloads use them — and a temporary outage doesn't block usage thanks to a 3-day offline grace period. An ongoing incident? Email us and we'll note it here.
