The full zoom is included in the app: it is the product's promise, and it is not for bargaining.
A video that stutters in QuickTime but not in VLC? The file is lying about the order of its frames. Loupe diagnoses it and writes a repaired copy — frames identical bit-for-bit, only the timing tables change. And the MKV, AVI, FLV files your device refuses? Most of the time, it's the packaging: Loupe repackages them without re-encoding.
